Invite Greeley Fire Department to My Event
The Greeley Fire Department values opportunities to engage with and support our community. Because our personnel balance public outreach, training, and emergency response responsibilities, please review the information below before submitting a Request so we can plan accordingly and assess availability.
Requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks before and no more than 2 months before the event. Requests can be submitted on shorter notice; however, to improve the chances of being accommodated, providing sufficient advance notice is highly recommended.
- Non-emergency requests cannot be accommodated during the Greeley Stampede, typically late June through July 4, or during Fire Prevention Week, usually the second week of October.
- Please understand that scheduled visits may be interrupted or canceled if personnel are dispatched to an emergency.
Events, we make every effort to attend
- School visits
- Career fairs
- Safety talks
- Fundraisers for non-profits
Events, we do not attend
- Private parties
- Events to bring customers into your business or grand openings
- Requests to fill pools.
Event requests remain subject to training schedules, staffing, and operational needs and may be adjusted or rescheduled as the event date approaches.
