Boomerang Links Front 9 Construction

As part of our continued commitment to providing excellent playing conditions while responsibly managing our natural resources, the City of Greeley Golf Division has begun an improvement project at the pond on Hole #4 at Boomerang Links.

This phase of the project includes dredging the existing lake to increase its water storage capacity. In addition, a new regional pump station is being constructed, which will give the City of Greeley Water Department greater flexibility in how and where water is distributed throughout the system. These upgrades will help strengthen long-term water management efforts while supporting the needs of our community and golf facilities.

This work represents the first phase of a larger, multi-stage project. The next phase will focus on upgrading the irrigation system on the front nine holes at Boomerang Links. These improvements will allow us to use water more efficiently and effectively while continuing to enhance course conditions for our golfers.

The full project is expected to be completed in fall 2026, and we appreciate your patience as we invest in the long-term sustainability and playability of Boomerang Golf Links.

Premier Links Ready for Championship Golf

Open for play in 1991, the City of Greeley’s Boomerang Links Golf Course is a links-style championship eighteen-hole golf course with plush fairways, large greens, tall native grasses, and over 50 bunkers.

Amenities

Boomerang offers top notch services for all golfers and guests with a fully stocked pro shop, the Outback Restaurant & Pub, finest driving range in Northern Colorado and a practice putting & chipping green. Celebrating a great history, Boomerang Links Golf Course has hosted a local US Open qualifier, Boy’s and Girl’s High School Regional & State Championships, Big I Junior Championships, USGA Junior Amateur Qualifier and is the home of the Boomerang 2-Man Golf Tournament.

Practice Facilities

Boomerang Links Golf Course boasts one of the largest driving ranges in Northern Colorado. Boomerang Links has one large practice putting green and a smaller chipping green to help hone your short game skills.

Golfers interested in improving their game can contact the pro shop to arrange private instruction. Golf instruction is also available for groups of friends, families, or coworkers.

Pro Shop

Boomerang Links Pro Shop has one goal in mind, to serve the customer and their golfing needs. The Pro Shop has clothing, equipment and accessories in stock. Golfers can also purchase a variety of gifts, tournament prizes and corporate gifts. Carrying top name brands including Nike, Titleist, Footjoy and Oakley.
