Meet The Team

The Housing Solutions team brings extensive, well-rounded expertise to the city, with team members contributing 20+ years of experience in affordable housing, program management, and policy development. Our backgrounds span from housing development, construction, planning, and public/private partnerships, along with administration of federal programs such as CDBG, HOME, ARPA, and LIHTC. We are highly experienced in compliance, project management and full-cycle grant oversight. Together, we take a strategic, hands-on approach to advancing equitable housing solutions for ALL residents of the City of Greeley.
