Community Grants and Funding
The Housing Solutions Department allocates funding from local, state, and federal sources to improve the well-being of Greeley residents. The team reviews and identifies investment opportunities in areas such as affordable housing, social services, health equity, and human services. By coordinating resources across programs and funding streams, the team works to maximize positive outcomes for the community.
Community Development Block Grant and HOME Funds
The City of Greeley is an entitlement community that receives an allocation of Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Funds on an annual basis from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Outlined below is a summary of these programs and how funds are utilized to create impact within our community.
